This is an older cap of a blond girl by the stairs. Maybe illusion maybe not.

Seems that area gets a lot of caps, but they don't always look the same. I like this cam, personally. It would be interesting to investigate the time of the caps in that area and see if any of them coincide - are the caps due, then, to the lighting at a particular time of day? Is it a residual haunting?
