Brewery cam..

This one has been an object of debate on a few boards.. seems to be that at 20 and 48 minutes after the hour every hour this happens..

Have any of you seen this? If so what do you think it could be?

Don't know what cause all that to happen twice every hour. I have seen it mentioned on some boards but really didn't look at the video til now. Whatever it is, it is causing some amazing things to happen.
