I ordered 4 from Amazon and got one in yesterday.. The Everything Ghost Book. I had heard this was a good book for anyone, not just beginners. I started it last night and so far it's not bad, though I think most of it will be true ghost stories. There is a section on investigators as well as one on mediums and such.. I did like that the author stated he wasn't going to tell you for sure that anything was real or not. At least he's not trying to tell you he knows it all and everyone else is wrong. I'll post my review when I'm finished....
